Returns & Refund Policy
At Divine Inspirings, every item is thoughtfully made to order just for you. This allows us to create high-quality, unique faith-inspired products with care and prayer while reducing waste and overproduction. Because of our made-to-order process, we have a limited return policy.

We stand fully behind every piece we create. If your order arrives with a printing error, manufacturing defect, or damage caused during shipping, we’ve got you covered.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the issue along with your order number.
- We will happily provide a free replacement, store credit or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or issues caused after delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of heart / change of mind
- Wrong size chosen
- Color or design preference
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
We strongly encourage you to review our detailed sizing charts, product photos, descriptions, and reviews carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or materials, please reach out to us before ordering—we’re happy to help.
How to Request a Quality Issue Resolution
- Email us at divineinspirings@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and several clear photos showing the issue.
- Provide a brief description of the problem.
We aim to respond to all requests within 1–2 business days and resolve valid issues as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. Once production starts, we are unable to cancel the order.
Shipping & Refunds
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item (if applicable).
- Refunds for defective items will include the original shipping cost.
International Orders
For customers outside of Canada and the US: Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes. Returns or replacements for international orders are subject to the same quality guarantee terms, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) by contacting us at divineinspirings@gmail.com
Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) to us within a further 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. print-on-demand products made to your specification)
- Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
