We’re grateful you chose to shop with us. Every order is made-to-order with care, and we work hard to get your faith-inspired items to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day starting at 8:00 AM EST.
Once processed, your order is printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipping — this usually takes 1–4 business days. Occasional delays may occur during busy periods or extra quality assurance checks.
Shipping Times (after your order leaves our facility)
- Canada & United States: 5–7 business days (some items may take up to 15 business days).
- International: 10–30 business days.
Please note: These are estimates. Delivery times can vary due to carrier schedules, customs (for international), or high-volume periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and items. We offer free shipping on orders over $99.99 (CAD/USD).
Tracking You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Important Shipping Address Requirements To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide:
- Full recipient name
- Complete shipping address using Latin characters only (no special symbols)
- Phone number and email address (required for delivery)
Address limits:
- Address Line 1: max 35 characters
- Address Line 2: max 30 characters
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Divine Inspirings is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Double-check your details before placing your order!
