At Divine Inspirings, every item is thoughtfully made to order just for you. This allows us to create high-quality, custom faith-inspired products while minimizing waste. Because of our made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color selection. We encourage you to review our detailed sizing charts, product photos, and descriptions carefully before ordering.
We stand 100% behind the quality of what we create.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error (such as a major print issue), we’ve got you covered. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll happily offer:
- A free replacement (we’ll cover the new production),
- A store credit, or
- A full refund
You do not need to return the original item in most cases.
Other situations we can help with:
- Wrong item shipped or mislabelled size: We’ll send a correct replacement at no extra cost.
- Delivery issues (item returned to us undelivered): Choose a reprint (you may cover shipping) or a partial refund.

Note on DTG printing: Slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are normal and not considered defects.
